Currently both clay tool settings and stamp selection is as two tabbed views under clay tool options. This means you need to switch manually between both whenever you either want to change a setting (for example activate lazy mouse or surface constraint) and when you want to change your stamp. For people like me that change stamps quite often depending on what they sculpt but also want to toggle an option like lazy mouse often on or off this becomes quite time consuming.
