Thats really unfortunate. People are really rude in that group and its really unprofessional. Cant wait for you guys to get your shit together so we dont have to go on facebook groups to get customer service lmao

Definitely looking forward to a future where this application is managed with an air of professionalism.  Presumably Adobe didn't purchase them only to let its value as a tool be eroded by an absence of even the most basic communication.

90% of the posts in the Facebook Forum are art. You should create a separate group to post art so that technical questions get answered.

Unfortunately, there are several major bugs or missing features with Medium and these posts are not getting answered on here or on the Facebook group.

I assume at some point they should have a forum at https://community.adobe.com along with every other Adobe program.
