I've been using medium at work almost exclusively, i haven't touched zbrush in ages. I felt like medium was getting updates regularly with all the suggestions out there. I hadn't had to open medium in quite a while because of different tasks at work, i had to use it yesterday and to my surprise, no updates in months? i really hope medium isn't dead. it's SO POWERFUL.
I'm pretty sure it's quite alive. In one of the videos, there was a suggestion that they had found a workaround on the layer limit. My guess is that there's a whole lot of rewriting/re-coding going on and it's taking a while, since the limit was tied to video card or chip hardware limitations.
CANT WAIT!!! absolutely love medium, it's completely changed my workflow, my passion for sculpting again. i cant say enough great things about MEDIUM. Thanks for the info illek.
