Objects automatically resize

How do you import sculptures from sketchfab into Oculus Medium?
I tried downloading files from sketchfab that say they work with medium but when I open up Medium they won't be there
I paid 29.99 for Medium and it was removed from my library.
I used it for 2 days and it worked fine. I filed a support claim but this is BS. I paid for that they can't take it away. I can't even contact a real person to fix it. And no I couldn't get it for free with my rift I got it used off ebay.
