As of yesterday my quest 2 controllers will show up as paired in the app but not show a firmware version, and they are not showing up in headset. Tried all the troubleshooting methods that Oculus wants me to try, still nothing. At the end of the discussion I am left with not knowing what the issue is or how it will be resolved, all I can do is sit here and wait. So I ask, if the product comes with a 1 year warranty why am I asked to wait for a resolution? I should be hearing that new controllers will be shipped or I will be getting my money back. Is anyone else having the same controller issue, also the controllers will flash the SOS signal from the led.
