1971063 Oculus link error Help needed Please

I have a oculus link ,and brought a new Laptop omen 15 ,G 270 Graphic card ,16gb ram .I am using the oculus link official cable but am  receiving the below message every time we try to contact the link and test it .

It will not work ,we only only brought the lap top so we could use the oculus with the link .I have spent hours looking this up and can not find a answer please help

I have the same problem with my Quest. I use the official Link cable and the recommended Anker cable. Had no problems a week ago. Both of my systems are capable for VR and everything worked a few days ago. The Quest itself works fine in standalone mode. And even when I ignore the warning form the Oculus software, I can use it on my computers. But significantly slower then before...

The last thing I have done ist installing an optional cumulative update through the Windows 10 update function. Maybe that is causing our issues? I'm using the latest Windows 10 Home versions with all official available updates. Drivers are up to date too....
