I added my wife's Facebook account to my Quest and Quest 2 but, when I switch to it, the virtual environment shows but no menu comes up. I can't do anything but restart the headset.
I'm on v29 now and I had successfully added her account before on v28 before removing it. I can also add a different account with no problem so it seems to have something to do with her account in particular.
Any suggestions would be much appreciate. Thanks!

No response...and I am following multiple support threads. The Lords of Content at Facebook fail again. ANd they want to run the metaverse????
Please someone create a Quest-killer that supports STEAM and I will never use a Quest again....

Turns out a Facebook setting was causing this. I had to enable a privace setting to allow Facebook to be used for other websites and apps.

Thank you but what a pain in the ass. Now I purchased a game "Township Tales" and it says I purchased it BUT it is not in my library. Now I have to search around and try to get a refund....Again I cannot wait for an alternative.
