I ordered an oculus quest 2 on March 3rd and was supposed to get it March 5th. But on March 5th I open my email and it say I have a request to change an address. Some how the numbers to my address got knocked off. So I fix it and the numbers get knocked off again. It's been 4 days and all my ups says is come back tomorrow for updates for 4 days. I'm getting really mad, there's no numbers to call on ups side or oculus. Ups wont let me change the address again without a request. I can't even refund my money. So for 4 days I've been 400$ poorer with no headset and no idea where it's at or who to call. Facebook you've done it again made me hate you ethics. No support number??? Just rely on community support. You guys are a **bleep**in joke. Your ceo is literally in the top 10 richest in the world. And you can fork over some money for customer support.
