Adjustable resolution control

I am a newbie to Osculus quest 2  i use it solely for flight sim msfs 2020 and explane 11   i have a decent computer 4.2 processor ---gtx 1070 ---32  gig ram but i am not a rocket scientist on computers..analyzing this VR i notice it can be quite clear (4k) in airplane cockpit but when you look far distance outside  its get blurry ugly.. do you think or know if the Osculus developers will make a software or update existing software to be able to adjust the distant resolution better that what it is..??? i hate using third party software

A 1070 is low end in the vr world.  Try going into the debug tool and set distortion curve to low.  After that I would lock fps to 72, and render slider to 1.2, set it to 1.1 if frames drop. Then go to game settings and medium details for everything.

Distortion curvature low use more pixels for center. So less pixels around.

In a way yes, but it's where you eyes are looking about 90% of the time.
