App Prices Should Be Determined by Country!

Hi All,

Actually I'm a little bit angry. Why is there a price difference between an app in the Oculus Store and the same app purchased on Steam? Why can't the pricing of apps in the Oculus Store be country-based, just like Steam?

I'm a Turkish citizen and owner an Oculus Quest 2. The prices of apps in the Oculus Store are in dollars. And unfortunately, in developing countries like us, the situation is extremely desperate because $ 1 is approximately 8.50 TL. This means that we pay 8.5 times more than an average American citizen to buy an app from the Oculus Store.

As an example, you can find price comparisons of some games in the Oculus Store and Steam Store below:

1) Creed: Rise to Glory - Oculus Store Price: 29,99$ (x 8.5 = 255 TL) Steam Store Price: 50 TL (/ 8,5 = 5,88$)
2) Beat Saber - Oculus Store Price: 29,99$ (x 8.5 = 255 TL) Steam Store Price: 50 TL (/ 8,5 = 5,88$)

3) Walking Dead - Oculus Store Price: 39,99$ (x 8.5 = 340 TL) Steam Store Price: 61 TL (/ 8,5 = 7,18$)

4) Pistol Whip - Oculus Store Price: 24,99$ (x 8.5 = 213 TL) Steam Store Price: 40 TL (/ 8,5 = 4,70$)

In summary, I do not know whether game producers or Oculus Store should be dealing with this issue, but we cannot buy games with the current pricing policy of Oculus Store.

Please do something and support my message! Thank you!

By the way, some of you may say buy the game on steam, but I bought the Oculus 2 because it doesn't need a computer anyway. Also, I cannot afford a computer to play games. And since the internet infrastructure is already bad, there would be a lot of lag in the games. So it is not a solution!
