Hi, I recently purchase my vr and it was working fine when I was setting it up. After I set it up I put it down but didn’t turn it off and after couple of hours the screen is just black and I don’t know how to fix it. Any help will greatly appreciated:)

Hi there, please plug your Quest 2 in to charge and leave it be for a minimum of 2 hours. When the LED on the unit turns green, unplug it then try powering it on to see if the screen turns back on. If it remains black, please click here to submit a ticket so that we can look into this. Thank you!
