I'm trying to get iPhone notifications on my Oculus Quest 2 headset, but I'm hitting some snags.
During intial setup, I got the screen for Bluetooth pairing that said "Make sure this code xxxxxx matches the code in your Oculus headset." I looked in the headset and there wasn't a code. A moment later that notification on my iPhone went away. The headset is on the same wifi as my phone, and it casts correctly, but how do I get it to pair? I can't find an option once that code showed up and went away.
I've got the iPhone notifications turned on everywhere, but one of the steps is to 'make sure in your iOS that the Oculus is set to Share Notifications". I looked in my Bluetooth settings and there's no listing for the Oculus. So I guess it isn't paired???
Hey there SarahB1963! Let's get your Quest 2 set up so you can jump into VR! We suggest you power off the device by holding down the power button for 30 seconds, then reboot and try to pair again.
