Bought App can't be installed / no cashback?

Hi,

maybe I am asking a newbies question...

I just bought the app bundle Imagine Dragons and Beat Sabre. It was my first purchase.
Unfortunatelly it does not appear, neither on my smartphone nor on my occulus quest for installation. I cannot even search for it in the library.

First I thought it may just take a little time. So I played the demo beforehand.

But after hours it still does not appear, only in my "shopping history". If I try to add beat sabre alone they ask me for more monney.
I tried cashback then. But I get the message that I cannot ask for cashback for Games I played more than 2 hours!
(After checking out the bundle the main programm in the bundle is only for Rift not for Quest. Which would indicate that there is no chance that I can install it... but then the played for more than 2 hours statement could also not apply. Additionally there is no indication in the bundle that it is for Rift only.)

Anybody knows what to do? Is there a way to get cashback or the game?

Now things are ok... I will got refunded.

The title was for rift so I couldn't load it, since for the Quest it is a seperate title. The message I got, was a little misleading - they meant bundles are normally not refunded. (I got an exception though.)

The support pointed out to me, that if I do make the purchases on another platform (i.e. smartphone) I might get offers that are not made for my "Quest" and I should check out the platforms of the offer.

So if anybody else thinks about buying bundles, always check out the platform of the specific components. (There was no indication in the bundle itself, that it was for rift only! And the game exists for both platforms.)
