I was in the process of updating to 11 on Oculus and in the process of that, it broke connection, causing the update to be corrupted. The end result was I had to factory reset my Oculus hoping it would roll back to the previous version so I could re-update it to 11 again, but there is no feature that allows rollback. Now, my Oculus Home Navigation Screen appears a lot closer and smaller than the previous version. QUESTION: (1) How do I get my Home Navigation Screen to go back to the larger size that is no so close in the view, and (2) How do I re-install the update 11, and finally (3) where is the home environment option in the all settings window, it is not showing on my Quest?
Ok first you needed to change your WiFi settings so that your 5ghz WiFi connection is named one ssid and your 2.4 ghz is named another ssid this is why your oculus disconnected from the internet because your WiFi was trying to connect to 2.4ghz and 5ghz at the same time due to them being the same name.
i would thing that there should be a recovery mode the headset is android afterall
Unfortunately, the latest update unfortunately made the home navigation screen a lot closer and smaller. I thought there was something wrong with my headset as well, but support told me it came with the update.
