Can I revert back to yesterday universal menu?

I just opened my Quest this morning and the universal menu is all in the lower section. This is killing my neck to look down so far and it is so close to my face it's making me cross-eyed. Is there any way to go back to yesterdays menu layout. Absolute FUBAR of a menu set up. No thoughts whatsoever was given to ergonomics.

Considering the newest update hasn't been rolled out for my headset yet, not entirely sure what you're talking about. It's been in the lower part of my field of view since I got my Quest back in April or so.

Check in the Settings menu, under Experimental Features. If the universal menu can still be turned off, the option should be there. (I'm at work right now, so I can't check myself.)

You can also try recentering your view to get the menu to a more comfortable position--press and hold the Oculus button on your right controller while looking straight ahead to do that.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

I don't think it can be turned off anymore, but not in VR to check off hand.
