After waiting for a month, I have finally gotten my replacement and my new headset cannot get through the setup process. When I start, I can see the screen with the pairing code. I start the process on the app and rather than ask for the pairing code, it pairs itself and continues to the Wifi setup. The real problem here is that while the app moves to the next step, the headset is still waiting for the app to accept the pairing code. I've factory reset a few times to no avail. Other than cry, what do I do?
