Hey, I'm trying to link my quest 2 headset to the mobile app but it keeps rejecting the 5 digit verification code. I've tried many times and even performed a factory reset but no luck.
Anyone else have this issue? Official support didn't help much. I don't wanna have to return this to Amazon over this 😞
Edit: I just tried another phone and it paired just fine. The phone I want to use is a Samsung galaxy A20s. On that phone the app never asked for bluetooth permission and I can't seem to pair it outside the app either
wow - this forum's awash with these posts - I'm also stuck on the verification code. Ocuclus is pretty rubbish, isn't it!? Might just get my money back
