I have the same problem but for the Cubism game. It’s downloaded and install but does not start up on my Quest 2. Some games work but others do not start?
Hey, Cubism dev here - so sorry to hear you're having this issue.
In the past, people who've had this issue usually had an uninstalled update to the Quest software. Annoyingly, this seems to block some games from launching.
If this is indeed the issue, here's what you can do:
In the Quest home menu, go to settings > about > software updates
If there's a pending update, install it. The latest version should be v35.0 or later.
Restart your Quest and check whether you can now launch the games that are blocked
If this did not resolve the issue - there has been an issue I've seen crop up recently on the Quest where a game is continuously stuck installing, blocking you from launching it or downloading and installing other games. It's worth checking your library whether there is not a game that is stuck in such a download loop. Unfortunatly I don't know what the fix for this is yet - when the problem occurred for me (another game was stuck installing), I only managed to fix it with a factory reset 😕
