I downloaded the app and I put the 5 digit code and it won't accept it can I change it or do I have to go get a new quest2

Hi there, good news! You can reset you 5 digit code. When you enter the code it may give you a reset pin or forgot pin link to reset it. Please go ahead and reset it. If it is giving you some issues. Please try these steps below.
Settings > More Settings > Unlock Pattern.
There should be 3 options: Unlock Headset from Phone, Reset Unlock Pattern, and Remove Unlock Pattern.
Chose option best suitable for you.
Please note by choosing Remove Unlock Pattern, it will ask for the PIN. If you are wanting to remove completely you would need to REMOVE the pattern first then setup a new one.
If nothing is helping please submit a support ticket and we will assist you further on the issue.
