This is the 2nd oculus quest 2 that we've had in 4 months. This new one I got because her old one quit working for no reason. I had insurance. They assured me at the store that this was just a random malfunction and replaced it that day. Had the new one for 3 weeks and it melted the charger port, and burned my kid. They want to send me a face cover for her, but what am I supposed to do with that if the thing is melted and wont turn on!?!?
