Claim a Free games ?

My friends just brought new Quest and registered it... but he wonder why he don’t get any Vader immortal series games in library?
how can he claim it?

never mind, my friend did contact Oculus support and they sort this out already. Great job Team Support at oculus for help my friend ?

How do you contact the support? I'm also having same issue and cant find a link to email or anything.
