I second this question. The Move is great simple tracking tool but I want something a lot more accurate to show how hard I'm working while I'm playing. I would love to put on a compatible chest strap and have it like to the Move and track my VR in the compatible games. Then I could see (and the Move would track and save) what heart rate I maintain in what game.

Use the game supernatural. It’s a workout game that has a companion app for your phone. Through that you can link Apple Watch and more to show up in game as heart rate monitor. But this app is free with a monthly paid subscription.

Thank you for trying to answer but I'm not looking at any smartwatches as heart rate monitors. I'm looking to link a chest strap (like a Polaris) to the Oculus so while I play it could register my heart rate across all games and then in the Oculus Move screen, it could breakdown which game has what avg heart rate.

Oh Gotya. Currently it’s not possible. Because oculus move doesn’t yet have peripheral support..maybe In the future though.

You can use YUR and a polar h10 chest strap in the quest 2 to track HR. Yur can be downloaded via sidequest and its free. Just pair the H10 in the experimental menu, then use the Bluetooth. YUR will connect to the H10 automatically. In the overlay you will see the heart turn from blue to red.
