Hi Justin. This is not the experience we are striving for and we want to help figure this out with you.
Here are a couple different troubleshooting steps we recommend taking:
- Please take out the controller batteries and place them back in.
- Turn off, and restart your Oculus headset.
- Re-pair the controllers from the Oculus app.
- If none of the above work, attempt factory reset.
