Does anyone have advice for me?

a few days ago my Quest 2 came in but every time I put it on my head starts to hurt because it's pressing too much on my forehead (it's not too tight, I checked).
But when i try to adjust it on my face to a point that it sits comfortable, everything is extremely blurry and I can't see a thing.
or if when I can see something the lenses are pressing really hard on my nose.

I've never owned my own VR before but tried many others before (never one from oculus so far as i know) but never had this problem before.

does anyone have tips for me to keep this from happening?
or does anyone know if this could be solved by buying the fitpack?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english

In my (very limited) experience, it takes some fiddling to get everything just right. What I found is that the straps need to be much looser than I expected, though even when loose they're still pretty effective about holding it on your head. I'd start with loosening the straps way out, then holding the Q2 up to your face to find the position that works best for you, then adjust the straps in to that position. Maybe having someone help you with that could be useful.

Also, the wrong IPD setting makes things blurry. I'm in-between 2 and 3 myself, but middle works best. Play around with that to find what works best. It is possible to do a half-step between IPD settings if you're gentle.
