I have been trying to move forward with development and distribution of enterprise applications. I followed the link to publishing for the Oculus Quest under Enterprise Developers and it directs me to a form. I fill out the form and hit submit, however the form just sits at processing. This has happened several times, how can I move forward without enterprise app development?
