I don't know if this is the right place for this question so if it isn't please accept my apology.
I was sent n email on the 27th of July saying my face mask needed replacing and follow the link. I proceeded to do that but have had two further emails the first saying there was an issue with my phone number click the link to correct. I checked my details not finding and issue. Yesterday I received a second email saying there was an issue with my address. Again I checked my details not finding any issue. I cannot proceed any further not being able to address an issue that doesn't exist so I am stuck on what to do next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm having the same issue as you. My address is correct but everytime I go to update, it says that my sessions expired and i have to log in... The funny thing is I'm already logged in. I can't find away to proceed like yourself.

I received an update email saying they are still processing my order which should take 3 to 4 weeks so I will let you know the outcome.

I got my one yesterday, it didn't take 4 weeks to get to me, i think i received mine less than 2 weeks after contacting support.
