Someone please help with solution or advice 🙏 My face is getting rash marks around my eyes. This is heartbreaking I saved up for 5 months to buy OQ2 and with that being said I'd like the lowest cost solution please and thank you
Contact Oculus Support about this. You may qualify for a free VR Cover replacement. Otherwise, try cleaning your foam faceplate pad with a barely water damped cloth and try not to adjust your headset too tight. I found that the original Q2 facepad was a little irritating initially but after a couple of weeks it was fine.
