We understand you want to know if you're able to log your Quest 2 out of Messenger from the Oculus app on your phone. At this time, the only way to log out of Messenger is from your Quest 2 itself. Here's how:
- Press
on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

from the left side of your Messenger panel.

Select Messenger, then select Sign Out.
