I recently purchased the Quest. I charged it, synced it, followed all the instructions, but my Quest gets stuck on the three white loading dots screen. I have yet to make it to the home screen and been fooling with it for over an hour. I restarted it, I did multiple factory resets. The headset will update the software, reboot and get stuck. I have a Note 9 and when I try to pair the Quest to my phone it won't allow me, however, I can pair the app to the headset if that makes any sense. It also has little flashes of the screen with text like I'm supposed to read it but it flashes so rarely and fast that it's impossible to read. I know, weird. I've visited the support website but any advice that's remotely similar to what I should probably do recommends to just turn it off and on again. CHECK x50 times. Any suggestions? I'm thinking its either a Bluetooth problem or its the motherboard. Any advice?
