I really like the 3D keyboard in Oculus Home. I could type on it about as fast I as I could type on a physical keyboard using only my index fingers, pretty fast.
When my CV1 broke, I replaced it with the Quest. I'm overall happy with the Quest, but was sad to discover it only has a 2D-laser-point-to-click keyboard. The typing speed on that is really slow. There is also no option to move the 2D keyboard, and it often spawns in front of the textbox im typing in.
Please bring the 3D keyboard from the Oculus Home into the Quest. 🙂
