We have published an app on App Lab. What we observed from the users was, when a user purchases our app and downloads it from the Quest store and tries to open the app, then if the user has a software update on his Quest headset, the app is failing at the entitlement check at the launch scene. And the user is not able to access the app. But when the user updates the software of his headset, he is able to access the app and experience it seamlessly.
This behavior is observed in specific to new users when they were opening the app for 1st time !!
Is it a bug on Quest store (or) it has something to do with in-game settings about the compatibility in software versions ?
