Frequent PC disconnects with Q2 and genuine link cable - how get help?

I've owned this Quest 2 for one month and since day one, I've had frequent disconnects with my gaming PC. Who / how should I contact for technical help or maybe a return if necessary?

Very little information to go off of.

If you don't take the time to describe computer specs, and what makes you think it is the cable or oculus take a shot with opening a ticket.
