Hi , does anyone know how to get a game to sync as it's only one of the games that keeps saying syncing and doesn't load. Everytime I go back into the game it loses all the money and gear I brought in the last game. The head set keeps saying it's not recognised by the cloud. Please help
I bought a game 3 weeks ago & it says Syncing & also says update available. It won’t let me access updates or game, 1 week past refund threshold & I can’t get support from oculus or the game folks.
I have 2 apps that are perpetually syncing. Superhot has been syncing for 4 days and Elven Assassin has been syncing for 1 month. I originally thought that it was an Elven Assassin problem, but now that Superhot is all tied up, I'm not so sure.
I can open them through the app store, but I don't want to lose any of my progress. Please advise!
