Games stuttering in headset but not in game

So Im trying to play Blade and sorcery. Bought it on steam.

 It was working fine but now its being weird. 

In the headset it starts stuttering or something when I move.

But it doesnt show that on the game on my display

I thought I had a decent computer but idk.

SPECS:

GPU: RTX 3050

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H

RAM: 8GB (upgrading soon)

Headset: Oculus quest 2 via USB 3.0 SS Link Cable

Someone please help. I dont wanna have all I bought for vr to go to waste
