Just look at the description of a game on the Quest store (or whichever store you buy from). It will tell you is it has a seated mode or not. Usually seated, standing, roomscale are listed, sometimes all three meaning you can play it in any mode. Same goes for single player and multi-player.

Wow thats a great explanation as i was thinking when it mentioned sitting standing roomscale i thought it meant the game used all 3 modes ...... Thank you .
All or most of the creative apps: tilt brush, sculptr vr, gravity sketch, pottery vr, etc. Some consider those games as well. Also Alcove for the AARP crowd has some simple games. More available through the pc.
I know this is old thread but I've been working on a tool to filter games based on a variety of criteria, including whether a game is seated/standing/roomscale.
