Help please my grandson downloaded a free game now it’s just says installing for days now he can’t do anything on it can anyone help please @@links to members
Hi Rose, there is currently a major issue with the Oculus store and it may take some days before your grandson can download his game. We don't really know when. He must be disappointed, but I suggest he tries other free games as some should work.
It is unlikely on your side as we all experience similar breakdowns. We have no idea when it will works again. Oculus support told us some days ago they found the issue but it takes time to roll it out.
