If you’ve ordered direct from Oculus then yes they send a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched. You should be able to see an estimated delivery date in your account on the order details?
This is how you check delivery date: https://youtu.be/xvkhpj5umjU Mine turns out to be Oct 13th for Q2 & link cable. I ordered these two minutes after preorders were opened. Since I waited till the initial reviews to preorder the elite strap, it has an estimate for Oct 19th. Check the price of the item before checking the date.
