Ive been in a tango with support for since basically the end of november 2020 and im on my third Quest 2. First it had a loud buzzing sound so i returned it to the retailer, then the second one had a heavy amount of glare so i contacted support. After a week or so i ask if i was still on thier radar and they said yes luckily and said they are looking for the best option for me which is great. They eventually gave me a label however after using the provided label i sent it out and turns out they wanted it by plane but my shipping service didnt allow for it because it had a battery so they sent it back which in turn ended in me being in another 3 week conversation of trying to resolve it with 1 to 2 week pauses in between if i didnt have to remind them i was there. After a while they sent me a label to a different service it ended up working but now i has a third model that crashes and has dead pixels. Im hearing of a Quest 3 and i hacnt even gotten my almost newly released when it came out Quest 2 fully functional and ive been ignored in my current support ticket for around a month 😕 Is anyone else having these kind of issues with support? Im very frustrated as i love VR but i cant tell if im warrented. Ive just never had support be this slow 😕 Why support a company in a market like this if they cant keep up with everyone else. I want them to acheive as they clearly have the upperhand in many ways as far as the VR market but this is a hard pill to swallow.

Yeah bought a Rift S and it had issues after two months with the touch controllers Oculus support basically told me my PC was the problem

Sadly there support has always been pretty abysmal for anything of serious issue. Since the headset came out in October I was locked out of my Facebook account they never got back to me to explain anything. But my account became enabled again looks like to be only because of automation since I'm pretty sure it was enabled after 1 month. if you're desperate enough use their live chat you can always talk to a real person.
