Headset asked us to do a factory reset 2 days after set up. Has anyone had this happen?

Headset is asking to pair with mobile device after factory reset. It gives you a code in the headset but you cannot pair it with m
the mobile device since it was previously paired. Any suggestions?

Go to a desktop computer and enter this site https://secure.oculus.com/my/devices/ then select delete device data. Then log out and login the mobile app.  Then re-pair the quest.
