Headset can no longer connect to sidequest

Hello,

 

My quest 2 can connect to my pc and the Oculus app just fine but for some reason it doesn't work with Sidequest.

The Desktop version does not detect it and the mobile app has an "Important" popup that stays on screen after allowing the connection on both devices until I close the app by force.

I have done a lot of research but couldn't find a solution:

 

- Developper mode is enabled and the account is verified since early 2021

- USB Debug is active

- Cable is compatible

- Air Link is disabled

- ADB drivers are installed

- Headset has been factory reset and apps clean re-installed on both pc and mobile

- I cannot use Air Link as my internet provider is a public network

 

It used to work before so I do not know what is wrong and would like some help.

I realized I have been using the wrong Oculus account for months and that the one that was linked to the device wasn't verified.
