Torrents, but you didn't hear it from me. But you can't DL directly to the Quest. You have to DL to a PC or phone, then transfer it to the Quest.

My friend got a copy of Ready Player One in 3D. It played perfectly in Skybox Media Player, which plays any format (180, 360, 2D, 3D).

You can also watch 180/ 360 content with the YouTube app, but obviously you can't download it.
