Horrible oculus support

Any one else having problems with Oculus support not responding back to a warranty ticket?

 

Was told they will send a email in 24 to 48 hours 

Then was told 3 to 5 business days

Then was told they are working on it and will get back to me soon

I still havent heard from them

Its been two weeks
