How can I turn off the setting where I can only pause the game when the controllers are still?

I was doing Beat Saber, and my lens were fogging up. I wanted to wipe them off, so I had to stand still for a few seconds so I could pause, and so I los. I lost immediately after continuing. How can I make so I don’t have to stand still to pause the game?

Whoops, I accidentally pressed post while editing. What I meant to say was that when I stood still I lost a lot of points for not hitting the beats.
