You might be right, my wifi password is just numbers. Might try and change that and see if that works. Cheers

Question, Can you find your Headset Broadcasting on your computer when it is turned on? It may not be paired but you should see it. For example, I can go to my WiFi settings on my computer and see everything it is connected too and the link to my Xbox controller as well as other items, I can also find items it is not connected to and click allow on them like phones. Because of my security settings, I had to allow it to connect the first time I tried to pair my Xbox controller. This is just something to consider.

Another thing I thought I should tell you about is my Router with WiFi, The Brand of my Router is a ARRIS. When I first hooked it up all was working good or so I thought it was. I soon found out there was certain programs and even websites that I could no longer see. Now understand my Router has built in WiFi and so does my Computer. What I learned that I did not know is the default Security settings in my Router was very high. This was preventing me from running certain software and visiting some websites. I did some research into my Router and learned how to adjust the security settings on the Router from Very high to low. I figured my security software on my computer would handle the security I needed for my computer. What I learned was my Security settings were just too high on my Router. By adjusting it, I solved a lot of my Problems. Anyway, Thought I should share this with you.
