I can't buy apps from the oculus store

Hi everyone! I bought the quest 2 one month ago, and last week I tried to buy a game.

But it didn't work.

I tried 3 credit cards, 2 smartphones, 3 browsers, the oculus app, and from the quest 2.

Always the same result :

- from the app when I click on the buy button I wait 15 seconds and it says there was a problem.

- from the oculus website I enter my pin and then it says authentication error

- from the quest 2 it says that my bank is asking for the 2 steps kind of verification, but I have nothing when I check!

Does it happen to someone?

I wrote to the oculus help one week ago but no answer...

I have exactly the same problem ! Can't buy any app from oculus app or oculus website. Two week ago it was OK but now it doesn't work...

No I doesnt try to contact support...I think it's a "general problem" and Oculus will necessary fix it as soon as possible. Maybe it s work with paypal method but i don t wan't to use this method. So i wait...

Not sure it's a general problem cause my friends can buy any apps, but yeah, I'll wait! ☺️

Nope, no answers from the support... It's crazy!

 I don't have PayPal unfortunately...
