I have weird problem (robo recall) when missing

so had robo recall when was free not that have quest 2 when to my pc libry and not there anymore and with be free dont have order number so no why show i own it try customer support but she keep as me redownload but how when dont have game libry so if anyone could give help or info thank

If you had it free on the pc library, you may just need to claim it on the quest experiences shop then download to your quest.
