IPD Setting Quest 2

I seem to be able to see pretty much the same with all IPD settings. I find 2 the most comfortable. However when I put it on 1, the App icons have a kind of 3D effect, like pictures you used to get where they are printed on different layers. Is this how it should be when IPD is correct or not? The lenses pinch my nose in this position so I don't use it.

hello. just a small theory but i think i can answer this. you IPD is out of focus on setting one and you are seeing the RGB bars that make up the picture on screen. because you are effectively seeing the pov at a offset angle. and your eyes cant handle that

no problem that might not be the answer so you may want to get in touch with oculus themselves and submit a support ticket
