I've been a oculus Quest 1 user since the beginnig so I bought a lot of quest games on the Oculus store.
Two months ago I chose to buy a Quest 2 and I faced an issue when trying to merge my Oculus account with my facebook account.
I contacted the support maybe seven times and every time they end the conversation the same way: "We'll try to reach the technical support to fix your issue and we'll get back to you as soon as possible".
Needless to say that they never did ...
I tried a new strategy last time I contacted them asking to redund my Oculus account purchases so I could buy it back with my facebook account but I hadn't any success with this new request.
I found a workaround by creating a new Facebook acount but since Facebook seems to ban new created account for Oculus I don't want to merge my Oculus account to this new created account one and maybe lose all my purchases.
Does anybody face the same issue?
Is there a better way to address this issue ?
