Quest 2 with latest update. I have experimental options to add my desk and connect a Bluetooth keyboard. All of that works great EXCEPT it does not track my Logitech K830. I can type and use the mouse in Oculus browser but the virtual tracked keyboard is not recognized. Anyone else have this issue?
I have good lighting and I have the keyboard back light on.

I had to do a full factory reset. Keyboard tracking works now. I love this feature. I can finally type in VR and see my hands and the keyboard. So awesome.

I assume you already added said keyboard as a bluetooth device to the headset? Sadly, I don't have a Logitech K830. My keyboard is the Arteck HB192, which works great. But it isn't compatible (yet) with Infinite office. I'm hoping they add more general USB keyboard support, since I like having a full sized keyboard.
I also have a Bornd B33 keyboard, which works fine... But it's not a full sized keyboard. Thus it doesn't work for most of the games I'd want to play using it due to lacking a numpad, arrow keys, and separate system keys (such as Home, Page Up, Page Down, and the like). Well, I guess it does have arrow keys. But they serve double duty with several system keys.

Factory reset?? Wouldn't that mean all my apps would get deleted?? Seems like such a PITA
