I've recently purchased a Quest 2 to replace an original Oculus Rift with my desktop computer. I've also purchased the official Oculus Link Cable.
When I complete setup on my desktop computer, all I see inside the headset is a black room and three loading dots. The Guardian system I setup in the standalone Quest is active in that room, but I can't run any of the VR apps on my PC. When I try to run any app, I get an error message saying "You have a pending hardware issue that is preventing you from entering VR." The Oculus Quest 2 shows up as connected and green under devices. Any suggestions to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
I've tried reinstalling all software, restarting my PC, multiple ports, etc.

Hey there Martin, thanks for reaching out. We see you are having troubles with not being able to launch any games with Oculus Link. I'm sure this must be frustrating for you, because no one likes not being able to use a new device! Please try the following:
Disconnecting and reconnecting the cables
Check your drivers. Oculus drivers are located in the \Support\oculus-drivers\ folder.
Check device manager for any hardware issues. USB controllers in particular.
Worst-case step, reinstalling Home.
Furthermore, you may need to repair your Oculus app to do this:
To repair the Oculus PC app:
If Windows asks you if you’re sure you want to open this file, click Yes.
If Windows Defender prompts Windows protected your PC, click More info and then click Run anyway.
If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you've completed the repair.
It is also important to check to see if your drivers are updated to their latest versions. Please check to see if your Windows, Graphics, and USB drivers are all properly updated. To do this, you can follow the steps in this article or in the video here.
